'Wallah' carries the sale bulls which are prepared for sale on grazing oats. Also situated on 'Wallah' is a 600 head feedlot that has been implemented as a drought proofing strategy. Weaner steers spend approximately 2 months in the pens to background them for feedlot entry.
'Wirribilla' is situated on the Namoi River and runs from river loam to more lighter loam soil. Breeders are primarily run on 'Wirribilla'.
'Spring Vale' is situated on the prime creek flats of Eulah Creek only 15 km from Narrabri. The soil type range from prime creek flats to lighter loam and hill country. 'Spring Vale' has a 35 year history of super phosphate and has established areas of Buffel grass. 'Spring Vale' carries breeders and young female stock.
'Wave Hill' has the heavest black soil of all the properties running up a picturesque valley in the foothills of the Nandewar Ranges. 'Wave Hill' primarily runs breeders.
'Murrumbilla' is situated on the renowned Spring Creek and ranges from prime creek flats to lighter loam and some sandy ridges. Commercial females are run on 'Murrumbilla'. |
